  Was quoted $348 for half a head of foils, toner, trim and blow dry, the lady was doing very fine foils took too long had to stop and asked me to come back tomorrow to get the trim done In which I said no thanks I'm working tomorrow..wasn't happy with the results but said it was ok..I ended up paying $320 without cut and blow dry and very fine highlights instead of half a head of foils..not happy..when I rang up to complain was asked to come back in so I made an appointment with them then I get a call and I asked if it would be free and the girl told me she didn't know

  Absolutely amazing service!
  
  Other hair dressers make me feel like they're just trying to get my hair done so they can shove me out the door but the person serving me here took extra care to really make sure my hair was done right, always asking if I was happy so far and making suggestions. They had an incredible attention to detail.
  
  I had my undercut tidied and he took the time to do it well. Making it the neatest it's ever been, making sure I didn't have one hair out of place.
  
  And then I had my layers fixed and he just spent so much time making sure it was perfect.
  
  I didn't feel likea burden, i felt so looked after and I will definitely be back. I love my hair and even after washing my hair and leaving it to dry naturally it's sitting perfectly. He understood what my type of hair needed to sit well.

  Went to gayes today for my daughters haircut Maddie did a splendid job despite what was asked of her.
  she kept her compusure and did exactly as was asked to do in the least damaging way she could, in hope my daughter would see what she was asking for how I can only describe as a hair cut I can't wait to pull a photo of out at her 21st birthday party.
  
  Maddie took her time and slowly went in step down stages gradually getting shorter and shorter trying to convince my daughter that it was short enough, however my daughter wouldn't listen and said it wasn't short enough.
  
  Now my daughter has a hair cut she is happy with.
  
  I'm sorry you had to go through that Maddie but I thank you for your patience and the excellent service you provided.
  
  We will be back but I promise we won't put you through that again.

  I went to this very awesome hairdresser/barber today no appointment n got straight in. Chris did my hair he's now my future hair dresser. Chris is the best ever. Chris gave me cut foils n wash n blow dry n eyebrow,s done as well. IM SO HAPPY IVE FINALLY FOUND A EXCELLENT HAIR DRESSER. CHRIS IS THE BEST I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW HAIR CUT. THANK YOU CHRIS

  Taleah and Jess have absolutely perfect customer service! Not once throughout my whole appointment did I feel awkward! It honestly felt like we had known eachother for ages! They always made sure I was comfortable, or if I wanted a drink or needed the bathroom! My hair came out absolutely perfect, I can not be anymore happy with it! These girls deserve some recognition for how amazing their customer service and teamwork is! I had the best appointment ❤️ I will most definitely be returning x
