We weekly shop on Fridays ... sometimes the checkout cues are frankly ridiculous, especially if you have health problems .... not enough checkouts open; but the worst problem is that the shelves are such a mess that it can take ages to find a product, or even see if it is there .... things are shoved to the back, often unreachable, and there are empty boxes/cartons left on shelves ... I have complained about this before -- makes no difference! Some staff are very pleasant and helpful, and some staff can be quite rude! It's Aldi being in the same building that makes us hesitate to change centres ....

Having been to many Woolies I sadly rate this one low.. they just don't seem to have a lot of the stock that other ones do. The staff are friendly enough with done really moves ones, although some often will give sus stares when leaving like their checking if I've taken something, at least that's the way it feels.. attempted to get change from the front counter once and they just didn't want to do it... But it's mostly just due to their low stock availability. I'll go again as it's the closest one and not terrible...

There’s a staff member working here who obviously hates his job, I’ve seen him a few times and is always talking under his breath, today he was putting stock away and I was standing in his way I believe I saw what he had in his hand so I decided to move to the other side of the isle to which he threw the item back in the trolley and rolled his eyes and shook his head. I then noticed there were some older ladies in the same isle standing near the next item he wanted to put away, he had the room but chose to death stare at them shake his head, storm off and talk smack about the customers being in their way. Now if he had even attempted to ask us to move out of the way I’m sure we would have happily gotten out of his way so that he could finish his trolly load. So unexceptional especially doing this stuff in front of the store’s customers. He’s a shorter older guy, has a grey beard and a really long thin ponytail. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this which is why I’m writing on this platform. So if Woolworths really value their customers I hope they take this into consideration and pull some of their staff up

Clean store, has lots of variety and if they don't have it they will try get it in for you. Staff are always hardworking and polite of course some staff are much more outstanding with customer service and don't mind a short banter while they bag your groceries. Loving the keifer drinks ATM. The only bad feedback is, some cans have had dents on the shelf and the shelves aren't stacked neatly like the Orion store at Springfield.

Extremely bad experience at the entire shopping centre.
From being stared down in the car park because I parked in a parents with prams spot. Maybe my 2 year old granddaughter doesn’t qualify but her two primary school aged children did. Then in the supermarket checkout the woman refused to check out my items unless I put them on the top section. So she stood there doing nothing for a few minutes while I settled and organised my granddaughter who I was carrying while also avoiding other shoppers entering through the exit and knocking my trolley around.
