    The food at this store is fine however, I find that some of the staff could do with some professional hospitality training. Do school age employees have to call customers, "Mate"? What about 'Good morning/afternoon, how can I help you; or words to that effect? Also , what happened to the Australian custom of using 'please' and 'thank you' in any dealings with the public? The experience of dealing with you would be much better if the accepted social pleasantries were applied.

    We waited 25 minutes in the drive through, food was cold when we received it.
    Staff were to busy just standing around talking to each other than serve someone. Won't be going back or recommending this store to anyone.

    Don’t offer drive through if u can’t handle 1 burger order!

    It takes 10 miuntes for the staff to acknowledge a delivery driving that has come in to pick up a delivery order, while the customers order is sitting ready on the counter, but as a delivery driver, we can’t take it until the staff member has acknowledged the d livery driver, they choose to ignore!
